Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All of our gift packages are beautifully packaged and ready to impress. We believe in making every gift feel extra special—so we take care of the pretty details for you!
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll have the option to leave a personalized note or you can email us with your order number at hello@shopmoodlux.com. We’ll handwrite it on one of our chic notecards to give your gift that thoughtful touch.
Do you ship gifts directly to the recipient?
Yes we do! Simply enter your recipient’s shipping address at checkout and we’ll make sure your gift is delivered straight to their doorstep—beautifully wrapped and ready to open.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or for custom items, processing might take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our digital e-gift cards are the perfect way to let someone choose their own favorite Mood Lux gift. They’re delivered instantly via email and never expire.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We’re proudly located inside The Market at Roanoke (Roanoke, Texas). Come visit us for an in-person shopping experience—we’d love to help you find the perfect gift!
Can I suggest a store or boutique that should carry Mood Lux?

What types of gifts do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of mood-lifting goodies—like aromatic candles, essential mists, luxurious bath & body items, chic stationery, statement apparel, and more! Perfect for birthdays, house warmings, thank-yous, or just-because moments.
How can I track my order?
When an order is placed and shipped, you should receive an email with the order number and tracking as well as a link to pull up tracking through our shipping parters.
POLICIES
Order CancellationsChanged your mind? No problem! Orders for Curated Gifts and from the marketplace can be cancelled prior to shipment, with the exception of Custom Boxes and Gift Sets, which are final sale.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you need assistance, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’re happy to help if your order hasn't left our warehouse yet.
Damaged Products
At Mood Lux we work hard to find the right shipping supplies and product packaging. We pack everything up carefully and in the most secure way possible. However, once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
COVID-19 Policy and what we are doing
It looks like Covid-19 is not going anywhere and is here to stay. At the Mood Lux headquarters we are doing everything we can to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a reasonably, timely manner. We follow strict protocols to keep our warehouse, product packaging and shipping materials clean and sanitized. We love our customers and want you to know that your safety and health is our number one priority!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mood Lux reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical product specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Mood Lux has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Mood Lux shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
