Shipping Information
Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days via standard shipping. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), and we ship using UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we do not ship on major U.S. holidays. At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available yet—but we hope to offer it in the future!
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All products are made and shipped from Fort Worth, Texas. If you do not receive a tracking number or encounter any issues with tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to help!
Return & Exchange Policy
Aromatherapy Mists, Gift Sets and Boxes are non-returnable. We accept returns on a case by case basis. Exchanges exclusively through the online marketplace within 5 days of the product’s delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, sealed (with security shrink wraps intact), and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Please note the following:

A $10 return fee applies to all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.

Once a return is processed, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
